Since 2006, Mike and Joe Gandolfo have been systemically building a successful real estate business through the working by referral philosophy. The two became a team and quickly rose to prominence as one of the top teams at the largest real estate brokerage in Kentucky. In 2011, after five years of building their business, honing their skills, and refining their systems and philosophy, the father and son duo opened RE Solutions. However, they did it in a different way. Mike and Joe opened for business with a plan for systematic growth that did not hinder them with too much overhead too early so that they could use cash instead of going into debt. They strategically hit milestone after milestone on their collision course to have a little locally owned business change the way real estate is done in Louisville.
